House steel work ridge beams
After receiving a phone call, the team were called out to Talkin to prep some steel work for a house. The steel required drilling for M20 bolts and two 8mm thick plates were to be bolted either side. The beams were then slung and lifted with a crane due to the height and weight 250kg, they were then lowered onto pad stones at each end and in the middle, they were then jointed with the plates and the bolts tightened and torqued. This would then form the ridge beam to carry the roof.
